SÉPAQ. The vastness of its territory (12,589 km²), half of which is part of the Abitibi-Témiscamingue region, and its wealth of water resources (over 4,000 lakes) make Réserve faunique La Vérendrye a preferred destination for anglers, canoe-camping enthusiasts and other outdoor enthusiasts. The reserve is accessible from three reception points, including the north entrance, located 57 km south of Val-d'Or.
