Outfitter stays
A stay at an outfitter is like an all-inclusive vacation in the woods with, as a bonus, experts providing advice to improve your hunting or fishing techniques. Our region is known as a fisher’s paradise when it comes to walleyes and northern pikes, but it is also the natural habitat of the moose and the black bear. Although we often associate them with hunting and fishing, outfitters are an ideal place to simply enjoy nature with your family or your friends, or even to have a business meeting (but not during the hunting season, of course). Come and meet with these professionals who have made a living out of their passion!

As a region of lakes and rivers, we are particularly aware of the need to protect our natural ecosystems. Follow cleaning procedures carefully.
INSPECT AND CLEAN ALL NAUTICAL EQUIPMENT BEFORE AND AFTER EACH USE, AND DO SO AWAY FROM WATER BODIES.
The presence of an invasive exotic species (IES) in the area can have significant environmental, social, and economic impacts: loss of value of waterfront properties, disruption to navigation and swimming, loss of biodiversity and impacts on human health, loss of quality in sport fishing, generating economic impacts related to tourism, etc.
To learn more about invasive exotic species, consult the awareness document (french content).
