The Carrefour Jeunesse Emploi d’Abitibi-Ouest is an independent non-profit organization that has existed since 1996. The organization is governed by a board of directors made up of members of the community who sit on it in an individual and independent capacity. In an effort to improve the quality of services, the CJEAO aims to meet the ever-changing needs of young adults and the labor market. The intervention is centered on the needs of young people; is oriented towards a global approach (ecological approach that takes into account the individual in his environment) taking into account all the living conditions and needs of young people.
